100g butter (softened)
1 dl (85g) soft brown sugar
2.5 dl (150g) plain flour
1 tbsp golden syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Mix together all of the ingredients.
2. Split mixture into two and form two long sausages on a baking tray. Press down sausages so it’s flattened.
3. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Take out of the oven and cut diagonally into pieces.
